Eight-style Tai Chi Since Childhood, Practiced For Many Years And Realized That It Opened The Door To Health And Harmony

I have been associated with the eight styles of Tai Chi since I was a child. After years of practice, I deeply realized that it seems like a key, opening the door to health and harmony for me.

Basic standing posture
